Site PlanFloor Plans Ground Floor Plan On the ground floor, the strategy of the design was to create a space where people can come together, enjoy each other's company, and play. Therefore, I included a games room with pool tables, foosball tables and table tennis. I decided to include an exterior addition of stairs, this way it will provide a little bit more space for interior activities. The main entry of the ground floor is through the bar, where people can enjoy a drink together after or before the game. An outdoor patio is provided where people can sit and enjoy the view of the river along with a beer. Second Floor Plan The second floor plan will be a restaurant. This restaurant will have a kitchen and a washroom for men and women along with the dining area. The wall near dining area is made of a curtain wall to provide beautiful view of the river and the forest outside. Third Floor Plan The third floor is to be used as a multi-use space. The activities that can be done in this floor include a meeting space or gathering space, a party hall for birthday parties or functions. It can also be used as an art gallery and the main idea to make it flexible with the human needs at the forefront of every architectural move. Functionally, it will also include washrooms and storage space where tables and chairs can be kept otherwise. Fourth Floor Plan Having a studio room on the top floor is my idea to provide a space for artisans and rural business so that they can have a healthy and peaceful environment to work in. Detailed Plan The studio apartment is featured in the detailed plan as it addresses the major issue that the client presents. The main concern of the client was to provide a space where artisans or local and rural businesses can meet to work. The studio apartment is a quiet place where people can work peacefully, moreover, it also provides a great view to the river outside. Section View This section cut is made through the new addition. The place from where the cut is made can be seen in the plan view. North Elevation This is the north elevation of the proposed project. It has additional features that include some planters and a curtain wall in the second floor. The proposed elevation is also visible and consists of aluminum composite panels as exterior material. South Elevation The south elevation is the view visible to the people from the street and represents the front of the building. It consists of a curtain wall from which people in the stairs can look outside. 3D - Renderings
